Downstairs you will enjoy the large kitchen/dining room which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

Also downstairs are a quiet living room with antique and handcrafted furniture, a separate den with a TV and a pull-out couch, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom boasting an antique claw foot tub and a washer/dryer.

Off the kitchen is a deck facing southeast with a beautiful view of Mahone Bay, patio furniture and a propane BBQ.

The master bedroom upstairs with queen-size bed has its own private south-facing balcony with a view of the Bay, a fine place to view gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and watch sailboats float along.

Also upstairs are another bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a small room which can be used for sitting and reading, for a quiet laptop office, or for small children to play in.

Telephone and internet connections are found in most rooms, along with cable TV and a VCR/DVD player with an assortment of children's movies.

There is room for three cars to park in the driveway.

You will find linens, quilts, fans, central vac, shampoo, laundry/dish detergents, hand cream, tinfoil and food wraps for your use in the house.
