Rental Rates
2008:
- July and August: $1300/week,
- June, September, October: $1100/week.
Available off-season: please call us for pricing.
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Check-in and Check-out
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m.
Security Deposit and Damages
A security deposit of $500 will be charged on booking.
After you check out, our cleaning crew will make the house ready for the next guests. The cost of missing linens, accidental damage to house or contents, or extra carpet cleaning will be charged against the refundable security deposit of $500 or against your credit card on file. Any balance on the deposit will be refunded to your credit card within two weeks of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you will understand that the summer rental season in Nova Scotia is very short, so when we agree to rent to you, we are depending on your business. If you cancel your reservation, we will do everything we can to re-rent the house, but we can't count on it, especially as vacationers often make their plans well in advance. Hence our cancellation policy:
If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date, half of the $500 security deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before your arrival date, 75% of the rental fee, minus the $500 security deposit, will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, 100% of the rental fee, less the $500 security deposit, will be forfeit.
Privacy Policy
In the course of providing vacation rental services to you, we will be collecting personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card information. This information will only be used in providing you vacation rental services. It will not be divulged to third parties except when required to provide you with the requested services.
